Not quite. Evolved Consciousness in individuals has to reproduce other Evolved Consciousnesses, or provide a competitive survival advantage over unEvolved Consciousnesses. Otherwise it's a one-off. (Evolution itself is mostly one-offs, really.). ECs don't biologically produce ECs, they reproduce through unECs that then, through some other agency, change. There are no baby EckhardtTolles.

That force is society, or books, or culture, or school or something else entirely. And unless it actually guarantees long-term, species-wide survival it cannot endure beyond the lifetime of an individual. Under current conditions, even a nation of ECs would be rather quickly enslaved by someone else less 'enlightened'.
